Hi, I'm Larisa, known online as admiralxen or just Xen for short. I'm a freelance concept artist with many years of experience working remotely as both part of different teams and directly with clients. With a wide range of artistic skills, I can create works that meet the unique needs of each client. I love using my creativity and expertise to craft beautiful designs and build meaningful relationships with my clients, aiming not only to meet their standards but to exceed their expectations.I draw a lot of my inspiration from games and movies that I love. When it comes to genres, I'm a big fan of science fiction, cyberpunk, and dark fantasy.When I'm not working on projects for clients, I usually spend a lot of my time with my husband, working on personal projects or indulging in some of my hobbies such as video games and playing music.

All work is digital only. You will receive a PNG, JPG or in some cases a PSD file.
All rights to the work stay with the artist, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I do not allow edits, removal of the watermark or other modifications done to my work.
You must own or have written permission to use the characters you want to have drawn.
If the work is showcased anywhere, credit (+ link to socials) has to be given.
The art (on the website or other platforms) cannot be used for AI learning.

FAQ
How long does it take to make one illustration or concept ?
Depends on the complexity of the piece. Anywhere from a few hours to several days. If it's a bigger project it can take up to a month.
What programs do you use?
Currently I mainly use Clip Studio Pro, but depending on what I'm doing I also use Photoshop or other programs.
What kind of art do you create?
All sorts of art! I've designed characters and environments, transport and props, designed logos, business cards and advertisements for businesses, made streaming setups with overlays, panels and emotes, made vtuber models, and art for print.
Do you offer prints?
At the current time I do not sell prints, but I plan to in the future. However you are free to print out the art you have commissioned, as long as it's in a moderate amount (for friends and family).
Can I license your artwork for a project?
Not currently, but in the future that will be a possibility.
What is your return/refund policy?
Since all art is custom created to order, no refunds are available.
Are you available for collaborations?
Yes! You can contact me directly for collaborations.
Can I repost your artwork?
No, you cannot.
PROCESS
We start by discussing your ideas and details about the work.
You must provide reference pictures for the character, background, detail or anything that could help express your vision.You will be provided updates on your commission.Process pictures cannot be used or published unless otherwise agreed upon.If you wish to cancel the commission before payment, you cannot use the already made work.Some steps after the sketch phase can differ depending on the style of the picture.
Past the colour sketch phase little to no major revisions can be made, with a few exceptions.

Commercial work is any work intended for large scale print, merchandise and/or as a part of creating a larger product made for profit.

COMMISSIONS FOR PERSONAL USE
Commissions for personal use are intended to be non-commercial. However, you are welcome to make a small amount of prints for yourself.
